Another beautiful day and drove across the road after breakfast to Sesriem camp site, which is inside the Park. When we had phoned to enquire about a booking we were told that they were fully booked, so asked them if they had an overflow site. We were lucky to get one.(R180pp)
Got wifi in order to do some business which fortunately was in the pub and discovered that the Oz - Springbok rugby game was on. We were sitting next to two Ozzies! Fortunately they was very humble regarding their win!
We also meet Gill from Somerset West again whom we had met in Luderitz. She is travelling around camping on her own. She had a bad day yesterday, she got stuck in sand then shredded a tyre and with so many delays she had to sleep on the side of the road..brave lady!!
Drove out to the dunes to watch the sun setting and the changing shades of the sand...beautiful.Saw Gemsbok, Springbok and Ostrich along the way.
Having a drink and toasting Anne Viljoen on her big 6 Oh which she is celebrating tonight.
The weather is beautiful with no wind and bright stars. (R180pn)

AAAAhhhhhh that's special Helen - thanks for that. (I can't tell you how much we missed you being there. It is so up your street, you both would have loved it. We will definitely go back with a group - you will love it.)
